Colibri

Privacy

Last updated October 30, 2026

Your data stays private, hosted in the EU and never sold. This page says what Colibri does with it, in plain words.

Who is responsible

Pragma, Romain Girardi, C/o Puzzle Business Center, 3 escalier Malbousquet, 98000 Monaco. Contact: [email protected].

Where your data lives

Colibri runs on servers in the European Union (Hetzner, in Germany and Finland). Traffic reaches them through Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the site.

What we never do

  • We never sell your data.
  • We never share your workspace with anyone you have not invited.

Starting from your work email

When you type your work email on this site, it goes to the Colibri app, which sends you a sign-in code by email through Resend. At the same moment Colibri looks up what is public about your work, so your workspace starts with real facts instead of a blank page:

  • the website at your email's domain;
  • the French public company register (recherche-entreprises.api.gouv.fr), for a company found on that website;
  • FullEnrich, a French provider that finds the professional profile tied to a work email (name, job title, company).

You see these facts only after you sign in with the code. You can correct or remove each one, and they stay in your private space. Shared addresses such as contact@ or info@ are never looked up with FullEnrich.

Your mailbox and calendar

Only if you choose to connect them, Colibri reads your mailbox and calendar without changing anything: the last 30 days of mail and the next 14 days of events, kept in your private space to prepare your tasks and replies. Disconnecting deletes what was read.

AI features

When you use an AI feature, a model running on our own servers in the EU first replaces the personal data in your request (names, companies, addresses, emails, phone numbers, bank details) with neutral codes. Only that coded text goes to the AI model providers we use: Anthropic (United States), Z.ai and Google. Their answer comes back to our servers, where the real values are put back. Pictures and PDFs are never sent to them. Colibri does not train AI models on your data.

The demo on the /v1 page

That demo runs entirely in your browser. What you type in it is not sent to us or to anyone else.

Visit statistics

This site counts page views and clicks with PostHog (servers in the United States) to learn what visitors use. It records no session replay and does not read what you type.

It also counts visits with Pragma Analytics, which sets no cookie, is hosted by Pragma in the European Union and records no session replay.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to its use. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the data protection authority of your country.
